Tour Culinary Focus, hosted by President, Jim Wisniewski as he shares their passion for R&D and their concept for serving the food industry. Their clients run the gamut from Executive chefs and Culinologists to R&D Scientists, Manufacturers, Marketers, Distributors and Restauranteurs of every shape and size.
