Please extend invites to all your customers, they do not have to be a member to attend! Your customers can register for name badges at this link:
PRICING
FOR EXHIBITORS
BOOTH: $850 each
Comes with black hanging drape behind the table & black draped table, sign, 2 chairs, 1 small trash can. Your electric and wifi can be added if needed.​​ There is a half-height curtain between each exhibitor. Table is 6 ft long and there is extra space between tables.

TABLE: $750 each
Table is 8'x30" and skirted with 8' high backing drape, waste basket & ID sign, as well as 2 chairs. No extra room in between tables.

ELECTRICITY: $150 by request (One - electrical outlet)
​
WIFI FOR BOOTH: $150
​
EXTRA TABLE: $50
EXHIBITOR ARRIVAL INFORMATION

Check-in at Exhibitor Desk to pick up Exhibitor packet with name tags 9am-3pm, November 19th in the registration area.

Exhibitor set up in Ballroom is 12 noon - 3 pm

Exhibitor Break in Ballroom is 12 noon - 2:30 pm

No fryers allowed only electric skillet or hot plate for warming. No outside alcohol, you must purchase the alcohol from the hotel for your samples.

If you signed up as a sponsor, your logo will be on the logo board at the entrance & on our website longhorn-IFT.org
