PRICING
FOR EXHIBITORS
BOOTH: $750 each
come with black hanging drape & black draped table, sign, 2 chairs, 1 small trash can. Your electric and wifi can be added if needed.​​

TABLE: $650 each
8'x30" skirted table with 8' high backing drape, waste basket & ID sign.
​
ELECTRICITY: $125 by request (One, 21- electrical outlet)
​
WIFI FOR BOOTH: $125
SHIPMENTS
All shipping to the Expo Center must be performed though our contractor, Freeman.
​
When you ship with Freeman, all boxes will be delivered to your booth, saving you time and hassle when you arrive at the hotel. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for items shipped directly to the hotel.
EXHIBITOR ARRIVAL INFORMATION

Check-in at Exhibitor Desk to pick up Exhibitor packet with name tags 9am-3pm, November 21st in the registration area.

Exhibitor set up in Ballroom is 12 noon - 3 pm

Exhibitor Break in Ballroom is 12 noon - 2:30 pm

No fryers allowed only electric skillet or hot plate for warming. No outside alcohol, you must purchase the alcohol from the hotel for your samples.

If you signed up as a sponsor, your logo will be on the logo board at the entrance & on our website longhorn-IFT.org

Companies who sponsored specific areas in the Exhibit Hall will have a sign posted

9:00am - 3:00pm Technical Sessions, should you want to attend

8:00pm - 11:00pm Free after-Expo Networking Social in the registration area. Cash bar, finger foods and a great time, invite your customers!
