Shipping Directly to Hotel vs. Shipping with Freeman
Shipping Directly to the Hotel
You can ship directly to Embassy Suites Hotel.
1. You'll contact the hotel directly.
2. Make arrangements for shipping.
3. Pay for storage until your arrive.
4. Once you arrive, you are responsible for getting the shipment to your table/booth.
5. Once show is over, you are responsible for packing the items to ship back out.
6. After you have packed and labeled your boxes, you are take them back to the hotel shipping department
7. You pay for storage until shipment occurs and you pay for shipping.
Shipping with Freeman (We recommend using Freeman, reduces your stress greatly)
You can leave the details to Freeman for managing your shipment.
1. You set up an account with Freeman
2. You schedule a pickup.
3. Freeman makes sure the shipment arrives at the hotel.
4. Freeman puts your shipment on your table.
5. After the show, you pack up your shipment and leave at your table.
6. Freeman picks up your shipment from your table and makes sure it is shipped out.
Freeman Shipping
All shipping to the Expo Center must be performed though our contractor, Freeman.
Please ship through Freeman, our contract shipping service for the convention center. Freeman will deliver & pickup your shipped booth boxes to & from your booth. When the Expo is over get with Freeman at the back of the expo floor to ship out you boxes. These services are not affiliated with the hotel.
When you ship with Freeman, all boxes will be delivered to your booth, saving you time and hassle when you arrive at the hotel.
Please note that: Unfortunately, LIFT cannot be responsible for items shipped directly to the hotel.
Other Shipping Options: The Hotel has a shipping office in the Convention area, if you ship a box through UPS or FedEx to the hotel it will go to this office. Mark the box attention LIFT Suppliers Expo for Nov 19, 2026.
